You don’t need to have any equipment for our physio at home service to be a success. Our physios will work with you to determine the best place for treatment, and if there is any particular equipment we need, we will bring it to you at your home (or find things to use nearby!).
Our prices vary dependent upon services required and your geographic location.

Physiotherapists use techniques including stretches, targeted exercises and massage to help the body improve its ability to move and function and to reduce pain.
In the comfort of your own home your physiotherapists will help you go through a series of exercises and your physio session may include massage as well.
Where in your home you obtain treatment is up to you and your physio, it is usually a combination of in a chair, on a bed and a carpeted area free of obstacles – anywhere that is private and you feel comfortable.
Wear comfortable clothing that allows free movement. You can’t go wrong if you wear a loose t-shirt, singlet or short sleeved blouse and shorts or soft wide pants that can be pushed up above the knee.
