Riley Coulson
Senior Physiotherapist · Team Lead
A Gold Coast local, Riley completed his Master of Physiotherapy at Griffith University in 2015. He joined Optimum in 2018 and now leads the Tweed Heads physiotherapy team. With post-graduate studies in paediatrics, dry needling, aquatic physiotherapy, and geriatric physiotherapy, Riley has the skills to treat conditions across the lifespan, working across musculoskeletal, NDIS, and community aged care settings.
When not in the clinic, you'll find Riley on the cricket field.
Giovanna Pedroni
Physiotherapist
Giovana is a physiotherapist at Optimum's Tweed Heads clinic with extensive experience working with older adults and complex conditions in community settings. She specialises in strength and balance training, falls prevention, functional rehabilitation, and aquatic physiotherapy.
Giovana is passionate about helping people regain confidence and independence through personalised, evidence-based care.
Aldin Roy
Physiotherapist
Aldin Roy is a physiotherapist at Optimum's Tweed Heads clinic with experience spanning private practice, inpatient rehabilitation, community care, and sports settings. Clinically, he enjoys musculoskeletal and functional rehabilitation, using an evidence-based approach with a strong focus on patient education and goal-directed care.
An active person outside the clinic, Aldin enjoys gym training and team sports — something that strongly influences his approach to rehab and movement.
Olaitan Oyebanji
Physiotherapist
Olaitan is a physiotherapist at Optimum's Tweed Heads clinic and a graduate of the Doctor of Physiotherapy program at Bond University. He also holds an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Medical Physiology, bringing a strong foundation in human movement science and clinical reasoning to his practice.
Olaitan is passionate about delivering evidence-based, patient-centred care that empowers individuals to take an active role in their rehabilitation and long-term health. Outside the clinic, he enjoys resistance training and bouldering.

Originally from Kempsey, now living on the Gold Coast. Melanie works with older clients to help them stay active, safe, and mobile in their own homes through equipment prescription, home modifications, and daily living support.
