Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Podiatry and Speech Pathology available privately in our clinics, at your home, employer or healthcare facility.

Our Allied Health Team Include;

  • 1. Physiotherapy

    Physiotherapists are highly qualified health professionals who work in partnership with their patients to help improve your pain and injuries so you can go back to doing the things you love.  


    We work with private clients, NDIS, through home care packages, workcover and more. 

  • 2. Occupational Therapy

    We deliver occu[ational therapy services primarily thorugh NDIS and Community Aged Care funding.


    Things we do: 


    Delivering in-home services through a variety of community aged care programs, including;

    • Home modifications
    • Equipment and adaptive aids prescription
    • Pressure injury risk assessment and reporting
    • Functional assessments and reports

    Delivery of NDIS services

    • Types of referrals: Neurological disorders, Physical disabilities, autism spectrum disorders, spinal chord injuries
    • Functional assessments and reports
    • Assistive technology assessment and reports
    • Ongoing therapy for capacity building for daily activities
    • Cognitive assessments
  • 3. Speech Pathology

    Optimum Allied Health's Speech Pathologists help adults and children with difficulties or impairments in speech (articulation of sounds), receptive language (understanding language), expressive language (using language), social communication, voice, fluency (stuttering), literacy and swallowing.

  • 4. Exercise Physiology

    Optimums Exercise Physiologists hold, at a minimum, a 4-year bachelor degree (but often a masters degree) which equips equips them with the knowledge, skills and competencies to design, deliver and evaluate safe and effective exercise programs which prevent or rehabilitate injuries, treat chronic-illness (things like Diabetes, cardio-vascular disease, etc) and anyone who wants to improve their health, fitness and quality of life. 


    Our programs are delivered on-site at our private exercise studios, in your own home, on-site at work or in residential aged care facilities.

  • 5. Podiatry

    A Podiatrist is trained to assess, diagnose and treat foot and lower limb problems. These may include skin and nail problems, foot and ankle injuries, foot complications related to diabetes and other medical conditions and problems with walking.


    Optimum Allied Health's Podiatrists work with patients of all ages from monitoring children's growth and development, managing sports injuries, working with people with chronic disease, disability, ingrown toe-nails and the ageing population.
