The opportunity;

We’re looking for Physiotherapists and OTs to put their names and resumes down to join our casual work list to do residential aged care work on the Gold Coast and Northern NSW.

No commitment necessary, we will simply touch base each week as we have work available.

Things you will be doing;

  • Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments under ACFI
  • Provide hands on evidence based treatment in aged care facilties, in clients home and in our clinic.
  • Delivering a Chronic Pain Management program.
  • Running group exercise sessions and falls prevention classes
  • Communicating with a greater team of allied health professionals and medical practitioners to coordinate effective courses of treatment.
  • Establish excellent relationships with residents and facility manager through ‘above and beyond’ communication and effort.

Skills needed

  • Hold a physiotherapy or OT degree
  • Ability to build rapport with our clients and team
  • Strong communication skills
  • The ability to have fun & be a part of a close knit family.
  • Valid police check
  • Valid drivers licence
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance ($10mil cover)
